La Bella Vita Opens Wednesday

What you need to know:
  • The gym at La Bella Vita re-opens on Wednesday.
  • All Members must reserve a time to use the facility. Read below to see full opening procedures, new class information and a special offer on personal training.
  • Several new classes have been added. See full schedule below.
  • We ask Members for cooperation and diligence to help us maintain our safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Physical Therapy services are coming to Ravenna with Dr. Chris Robl and Physio Room.
  • The pool and dining area remain temporarily closed as per regulatory guidelines. The pool is filled and ready to go and we will provide an update as we know more.

Members,
While we opened last week for personal training and private pilates, we are excited to open the gym for regular fitness use on Wednesday.  

Even as the doors to La Bella Vita were closed, we’ve been hard at work the last several weeks deep cleaning and sanitizing the gym and taking a closer look to find innovative ways to create a complete wellness experience at La Bella Vita. Many of you have enjoyed our virtual group exercise classes over the last several weeks and we will continue to offer hybrid virtual group exercise as part of our class schedule. We also look forward to introducing several new offerings which will include everything from bootcamp, TRX, expansions to our Pilates Program, children’s exercise events, aquatic programs and more. The current schedule is below and keep checking the schedule on the Ravenna Fitness App as we will make them available in the coming days.

We have also cleaned and prepared the pool and terrace dining areas and we have plans for exciting events throughout the summer outside at La Bella Vita. However, we are still awaiting guidance and information from the appropriate regulatory groups on making those amenities available. We will communicate that opening information to Members as soon as we are able.

In order to open our doors to the gym, it is imperative that we all work together to continue to make La Bella Vita a clean and safe environment for Members to enjoy. See below to review our opening information and guidelines.

Opening Information:

- La Bella Vita will be open starting Wednesday, May 20

- Hours will be from 6am - 6pm seven days a week

- 8 members, 4 Upstairs and 4 Downstairs, will be allowed in the Fitness Center at once. In order to comply with social distancing regulations and to best accommodate our Members, this will be strictly enforced and we cannot accept walk-ins. Similar to making a tee time or restaurant reservation, Members will need to sign-up on the Ravenna Fitness App under the "Group Fitness" tab (see below) or call the front desk at 303.214.5043.

- We are offering a "Welcome Back" Personal Training Special of three hourly sessions for $150.

- See below for our updated group fitness schedule. We are also adding more fitness classes over the coming weeks as we are permitted to do.

There has not been a better time to roll-out our wellness program at The Club at Ravenna. Completely unique to a private club, we’ve created a custom offering engineered to give Members a 360 degree complete approach encompassing all areas of your active life.

Physio Room

As part of our new wellness services we are overjoyed to introduce Dr. Chris Robl of Physio Room. Dr. Chris will be working with Members in conjunction with our fitness and golf professionals to create a personal health and wellness program geared specifically for your active life. Dr. Chris is open for business on Friday and we'll share more about his unique offerings in the next week

We are re-introducing our Class Pass for June!
Contact your trainer or sign up at the front desk and receive unlimited classes for $60 from now through June, including the last two weeks of May.

Classes are subject to change based on availability.

Our trainers are ready to work with you as we open the facility and get back to reaching your fitness goals whether those include increasing your strength, mobility or flexibility or simply shedding some "quarantine" weight. We have five professional trainers ready and willing to accommodate your health needs and your schedule with 30 or 60 minute sessions. We are offering a "Welcome Back" Personal Training Special of three hourly sessions for $150.

Member Policies
1. Social distancing required
2. If you are displaying or experiencing any cold/fever/allergy symptoms then do not come in (late cancel charges will not be applied during this time)
3. Use of facility restricted to 8 Members in the gym at once: 4 members in the Weight Room [downstairs] and 4 Members Upstairs
4. Personal towels are not allowed inside the facility. Members must place a club provided towel between them and most surfaces (mats, benches, and ball, but not dumbbells and other equipment with handles).
5. We ask that Members be diligent following Colorado Health Department Guidelines and clean all equipment and accessories after use.
6. Trainers will follow a strict protocol before and after sessions to ensure a safe fitness facility. Trainers have cleaning caddies with cleaning items to clean up following clients.
7. Hours will be from 6am to 6pm.
 
Employee Policies
1. If employee is displaying or experiencing any cold/fever/allergy symptoms then they will not come in.
2. Masks are required while in the facility
3. Restrict clients to designated stations and equipment therein
4. When possible, have clients use body weight for resistance instead of equipment.
5. Maintain social distancing with clients. Do not shake hands, high five, etc.
6. Send clients the member policies and employee policies prior to session so that client understands the expectations and the efforts we are taking to keep everyone safe.
7. Avoid office use. Leave personal items in their car.
8. Bring their work clothes to work and dress at work prior to starting one on one personal training.
9. Thoroughly clean their station after each use. Dispose of all cleaning wipes after each use.
