Restaurant and Pool Opening Information

Dear Club Members,

We are re-arranging and adjusting Club operations and event planning as we continue to open up the Club to the membership as the Covid guidelines allow. During the week of June 1, we will open the Club for in-person dining. More music entertainment is planned for this summer on both Thursday and Friday at La Bella Vita (LBV). We have a new schedule for dining and new menus. Our first wine tasting dinner is scheduled on June 13th, it will be great to have Chuck from Trahan Winery back!

LBV fitness is on its way back to pre-Covid levels. Many members are working out individually with our training staff and in-person classes are in process. This summer we are adding new youth fitness classes on Wednesdays and Fridays that will feature games, contests and fun activities designed to enhance your child’s athleticism.

We are hopeful that the pool will open soon and with new guidelines being announced, we plan on opening the pool this Saturday. However, in full transparency and timeliness, we wanted to get this email out with the restaurant and dining re-openings and our plan for the pool. Once the full guidelines are put into place by the proper regulatory authorities we will formerly announce the pool opening, procedures and how to reserve your time. We will be establishing some new policies, similar to the restaurant, to comply with these new guidelines to make the pool experience enjoyable and safe for all members and guests. We remain committed to doing absolutely everything in our power to provide our full range of services and amenities as soon as possible. As part of those amenities, we have a great team for teaching swimming lessons with testing beginning the week of June 9th and classes starting June 16th. We have added some amenities to the cabanas such as a special menu to pre-order from so we can conveniently prepare your private cabana upon your arrival. These are a great place to social distance! If you need to work during your pool-time we have added additional Wi-Fi capabilities on the pool deck and the terrace.

At the entrance to LBV there is a large grassy area that was added during construction to allow for an event tent but more importantly to provide a space where members and residents could play football, throw a frisbee, play croquet, play catch, etc. Everyone is encouraged to use this area.

Dining at La Bella Vita

Beginning this Thursday, June 4, we will be opening the Club for in-person dinner dining and we’ve added to the experience. Thursday and Friday evening dining will be at La Bella Vita (weather permitting) with live music on both nights. Saturday and Sunday evening dining will be in the clubhouse. Our Thursday night live music nights last summer on the terrace were popular so we’re sure that the additional night this summer will be a pleasurable experience for all.

With these openings we have put in place some new guidelines and rules for hours, reservations and procedures for dining and those are outlined below.
