A WORLD-CLASS KITCHEN

Clubhouse construction continues on schedule as framing is now complete.  Window emplacement and Tyvek wrapping is nearly done in preperation for exterior finishing. Wiring, climate control and plumbing installation is continuing unabatted.

An indoor kitchen expands and elevates our culinary capabilities. Chef David and his team can simmer stocks, soups and sauces overnight, an option not currently possible. Special desserts (such as the Flourless Chocolate Cake with Spring Berries and Crème Anglaise to the right) and temperature-sensitive dishes like souffles can be prepared in the indoor temperature-controlled kitchen. The

kitchen is on two levels, with food storage and preparation areas on the lower level and a full production kitchen upstairs. It’s space efficient and flexible.

Clubhouse Construction Tours

Geoffrey Collins, the construction manager, and I have begun to give members tours of the clubhouse construction site and will continue throughout construction. Be on the lookout for the tours on the club calendar, and they will be held every other Sunday afternoon moving forward.
