Ravenna Members,
We are pleased to announce our new fall seasonal menus, officially in effect starting this Saturday September 9. Executive Chef Christopher Moore and his team have been busy testing new ingredients and working to create unique selections to compliment all of our members’ usual favorite items and keep our menu consistently fresh. We are excited to introduce these to you.
- Our new breakfast menu will be available from restaurant opening (30 minutes prior to first tee time) until 11am. New breakfast items include The Spanish: A 6-minute egg, Jambon de Paris, ciabatta rolls, manchego cheese and Baked eggs with peppers, onion, tomato and gruyere.
- We invite you to try out the new Roast Pork Loin Sandwich with grain mustard, apples and shallots; Spinach Salad with Jambon de Paris, smoked dates, apple and candied walnuts. The lunch menu is in effect from 11am to 3pm.
- From 3pm to 5:30pm, we’ll also offer our afternoon appetizers & small plates.
- For our dinner menu, available from 5:30pm to close, we’ve added several new items including a scallop appetizer, tempura cauliflower, Hand cut pasta, Duck risotto, and Roasted Roots Salad.
- While RSVPs are generally not needed to dine with us, we do encourage you to visit the online Club Calendar and make reservations online. This enables both our wait staff and kitchen staff to best accommodate you and your family, along with any other special requests you may have, and helps us to give you exemplary service while dining at Ravenna. It’s also no secret that our membership has grown over the last year and making a reservation ahead of time ensures that you can have a table ready for you.
- Want to call ahead? Whether you’re ordering breakfast before going out to the golf course, coming in from your round, or swinging by to grab dinner on the way home, please feel free to call orders in to our kitchen ahead of time. We’d be glad to get going on your order and have it ready when you arrive. This also helps our kitchen staff to work efficiently to serve our members and guests.
