Fitness Update: Opening Week at La Bella Vita!

Opening Week is here!

Greetings Members,
It is with great pleasure that I present to you La Bella Vita at Ravenna!

I started in May and we have been working diligently to ready this facility, the staff and the many programs for you. Regardless of your fitness and wellness experiences thus far, I hope that you will utilize La Bella Vita. We have covered every detail to build something truly special for you. Read more below to learn about our opening day schedule, downloading the Ravenna app and how to schedule your Discovery Session. To coincide with our grand opening, all group fitness classes will be complimentary to members throughout the first three weeks of operation. We hope to see you in the fitness center and invite you to try our assortment of classes during this time. The free trial period for classes will end effective January 7, and after that classes will be $12 each.

There are multiple ways that you can stay up-to-date on fitness classes, hours, programs and more at La Bella Vita including the following:

• Visit the Member Fitness section by logging into the website. This is found via the main navigation or by going directly to ravennagolf.com/member-fitness.
• Download the Ravenna Fitness App on your phone (see information below)
• Read the Fitness Update email I'll be sending at the beginning of each week as we launch.
• Stop in and see us!

Join us Thursday evening!

Grand opening week is here! Join us this Thursday from 5pm to 7pm as we kick off the action at La Bella Vita with an open house!

La Bella Vita will open in full beginning this Saturday! We will be running FREE group fitness classes all day long. Fitness Pros will available all day long to assist you and show you your new fitness and wellness home! We look forward to seeing you!

Below is the schedule for Saturday, December 15. Classes are complimentary and your fitness pros will be available during the day to welcome you to your new fitness facility! Be sure to register through the Ravenna app to reserve your spot. Spots are limited!

Note: Children under 13 are not allowed to use the fitness center, unless working with a club personal trainer. Juniors (age 13-15) are allowed to use the fitness center after they complete a complimentary Youth Safety Session with a club personal trainer. Read full information and rules online.

To reserve a spot in one of our events you will need to create an account, and then you’ll be ready to go.

Just what is Boxing Interval Training?

Boxing Interval Training is a class designed to get your heart pumping! Using boxing moves and methods, Fitness Pro, Christopher Willis will take you through a high intensity workout that will help you develop strength and stamina! Give this class a try if you’re up for the challenge! First class is on Grand Opening Day from 11am- noon down in The Vault!
