Hole #2
PAR 5
While some of our holes feature picturesque downhill elevation changes, hole #2 is an uphill par-5 featuring a 100-foot elevation gain...but it's no less beautiful. For some long hitters it may be reachable in two, but most will require three solid shots to get to this green protected by bunkers in the front. Enjoy views of Denver to the north, and the hogback to the east as you move alongside Pike National Forest to the west. A teeshot to the right side of the fairway will bounce left back towards the middle.

PAR 3
Control your power on this medium-length par 3, as a swale in the back portion of the green will collect any balls that aren't hit precisely.

Hole #4
PAR 4
The suggested tee shot is down the right side of this par 4 that slopes moderately from right to left, and leaves an open approach to a receptive green. The left side of the fairway brings a nest of greenside bunkers into play that would result in a tough up-and-down.

Hole #5
PAR 5
A long drive on this medium length par 5 will take advantage of the dramatic drop in elevation and should allow a quality second shot to reach the green. A poorly hit second, however, will inevitably be collected in a deep grass hollow on the front right of the green.

Hole #6
PAR 3
The first of the water holes is a relatively long par 3 that will play slightly shorter than the yardage appears, due to the elevation drop and prevailing winds.

PAR 4
This hole can play slightly less than 300 yards as the ball flies. Long hitters beware, however, as trouble awaits the inaccurate tee ball that is directed towards the green.

Hole #8
PAR 4
The longest par 4 on the front side will reward the player who is capable of placing their tee shot down the right side of the hole with a better view and angle to the green. A tiered green complex places a premium on iron control for the approach shot.

PAR 3
Club selection is vital on this par 3 as the short ball will often be collected in the front right bunker, and those over the green could find the wooded ravine.

PAR 4
The longest par 4 on the course will require both length and accuracy to navigate this hole for a score of par or better. To safely reach this small green in regulation, a tee ball must avoid the side fairway bunkers.

PAR 3
The only uphill par 3 on the course will play slightly longer than the yardage suggests, however, a green that slopes from back to front should be receptive to a long iron.

PAR 4
A strong uphill par 4 will be aided by a tee shot which hugs the left side of the hole to shorten the semi-blind approach to a small, well-guarded green.

Hole #13
PAR 4
Long hitters beware as the fairway begins to narrow at 260 yards. The best approach to this elongated green comes from the right side of the fairway which effectively takes the water feature down the left-hand side out of play, but brings the right fairway bunker into contention.

Hole #14
PAR 5
Winner of the Colorado AvidGolfer CAGGY Award for Best Par 5, this is a true risk/reward par 5. A downhill tee shot should provide the length to make this hole reachable in two for the brave. The approach shot however requires a fade and is not for the faint of heart, as water guards the green short and right. For those laying up, the choice is whether to hit the second over the water to leave a 75-yard pitch in or lay back of the water and have a short iron for the third shot.

PAR 3
Bring your camera and your club to the tee box at the winner of a Colorado AvidGolfer CAGGY Award for Best Par 3 in the state. At over 50 feet downhill from the back set of tees, this relatively long par 3 will play significantly shorter than its yardage. Don't be distracted by the scenery as this is a relatively small green that requires a solid shot to hit.

PAR 4
A long iron off of the tee should reach the widest part of the fairway and leave a second of less than 100 yards. For the bold and accurate, this is definitely a reachable par 4 that could help or hinder your score.

Hole #18
PAR 5
The longest par 5 on the course will require a big, solid drive to provide a chance for eagle or a likely birdie. A slope will help direct long second shots toward the green but many bunkers will place a premium on the accuracy of this shot. For those laying back, a downhill lie awaits for the third shot.
