For the simple life.  For the active life.  For the good life.  For your life.

  • What is Ravenna?
    • Ravenna is a private and approachable neighborhood and club, designed for couples and families seeking an individualized and personalized community, surrounded by awe-inspiring natural beauty and an understated elegance. Located just south of Chatfield Reservoir and nestled among the iconic red rocks of the Dakota Hogback, Waterton Canyon, the South Platte River, and one of the state’s top golf courses, Ravenna is a well-rounded community that feels like a retreat, but is minutes from life’s daily conveniences, entertainment experiences, and outdoor adventures.

  • Where is Ravenna located?
    • Ravenna is located in southwest metropolitan Denver, near Waterton Canyon. Pike National Forest is immediately west of the community. Ravenna is just under 30 minutes from downtown Denver and Cherry Creek North, 15 minutes from Park Meadows Mall and less than 20 minutes from the Denver Tech Center.

  • Who is Ravenna's Golf Course Architect?
    • Jay Morrish, voted Architect of the Year by Golf World Magazine in 1996 and a Colorado native chose Ravenna to be his final golf course design. His projects included the Boulders Golf Club, Forest Highlands, TPC of Scottsdale and Troon North-Monument Course in Arizona, Castle Pines Golf Club, and River Valley Ranch in Colorado and Las Colinas Sports Club in Texas. He had two private courses in 2007’s Golf Digest Top 100 private club designs: Double Eagle in Ohio and Loch Lomond in Scotland.

  • What facilities does the Club offer?
    • The facilities to be provided at The Club at Ravenna will include the following:

      • An eighteen-hole golf course designed by Jay Morrish.
      • Golf practice facilities including a practice range, putting green, and short game practice area.
      • La Bella Vita - our pool and state-of-the-art fitness center, locker rooms, sunset terrace, fire pit and outdoor entertainment area.
      • A permanent clubhouse campus which will include dining facilities, a golf shop, men’s and women’s locker room facilities and golf club storage for members.
  • What improvements have been made to the course?
    • Aside from the improvements to the facilities, we have also made upgrades to the golf course itself. Most notably we have removed and reduced 46 bunkers, reduced the slope of several greens, added new tee boxes, improved native grass areas and several other upgrades to both improve course aesthetics and playability for all skill levels.

  • What dining options are included with membership?
    • Members receive access to our full complement of dining options including fine dining in the clubhouse, themed dinners, weekly live music, social events and on course dining at the Raphael Grille located on the 10th tee. Ravenna is a unique club in a unique location, and our variety of cuisine matches the expectations set everywhere else behind our gates.
