JAE EDWARDS
Jae is a passionate entrepreneur and real estate professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Jae co-founded Dublin Development, LLC and Dublin Homes, LLC which focus on land development as well as residential multi-family and single-family development. In addition to his pursuits at Dublin, Jae was also one of the founders of Providence Medical Holdings, which focused on medical, commercial, and senior-living development. Jae’s role at Dublin is to lead the strategic charge and vision of the company growth and direction. His day-to-day role in the company is focused on the acquisition and disposition efforts, finding and assessing new opportunities, financing, raising growth capital, architectural design review & oversight, city planning and entitlements, as well as client interaction. Jae also has a passion for serving philanthropic causes, specifically around struggling single mothers and underserved youth. He serves on the advisory board of the Porter-Billups Leadership Academy at Regis University, which provides academic and leadership training to at-risk youth in the Denver area. Jae graduated from Metropolitan State University with a B.S. degree in Finance and currently lives in the Denver area with his wife and three children.
Shawn Bookout
Shawn has been involved in the real estate development and construction management industries for the past 15 years. Prior to founding Dublin Development, he held leadership positions with three national builders and has led the efforts on horizontal land development as well as supervising the construction of thousands of new multi-family units, single-family homes and townhomes, in addition to high-density mixed-use projects. As a regional manager, Shawn was responsible for leading the construction team of superintendents, managing production schedules and construction budgets, as well as reviewing and enforcing scope of work contracts. Shawn’s day-to-day role with Dublin is to lead all aspects of the company’s production and construction, assessing new development opportunities, architectural and engineering oversight, and working with the city during the planning, entitlement, and permitting phases. Shawn has a B.S. in Business Finance from Metropolitan State University and currently lives in Thornton, CO with his wife and two children.
